We offer two shipping methods:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except for certain Asian countries and remote regions (islands, mountain areas). Some locations may have additional customs fees or longer delivery times. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll get detailed tracking updates. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking is more basic but will show when your package leaves our facility and arrives in your country.
What if my package is delayed in customs?
Most international shipments clear customs within 1-3 days, but some countries may take longer. If your package seems stuck, first check with your local customs office using the tracking number. If you need assistance, our customer service team can help investigate the delay.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unused items in original condition. Some exceptions apply:
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
  • Golf balls must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Clubs must show no signs of use (grass marks, etc.)

Who pays for return shipping?
